At Chicque Moda, we aim to keep our prices as low as possible. To achieve this, we ship products directly from the manufacturer or supplier to you. As a result, delivery may take a little longer than you are used to.

I am missing items from my order. What happened?

Sometimes orders are shipped in separate packages due to weight or supplier restrictions. To guarantee the best product quality, some items may come from different warehouses or suppliers.

  • The remaining items typically arrive within 1 to 3 additional business days.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

Unfortunately, it can happen that a product is damaged during shipping. As a customer, this is, of course, not your responsibility.
