Return and refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Please contact us at info@chicquemoda.com for a return address. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs (unless the product was delivered incorrectly or is damaged).

Return conditions

  • All items must be in their original condition as sold, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags still attached.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging.

Returning defective or incorrect items:

If you receive defective items with your first order, we will first send you a new package free of charge before we can process the return shipment. For lost/undelivered items, we will also send you a new item free of charge before proceeding with a refund.

To return damaged or incorrect items, please follow these steps:
(1) Contact our customer service team at e-mail info@chicquemoda.com
(2) Include a photo and description of the damaged or incorrect item, along with the corresponding order number.
Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will contact you to determine the desired solution. Please note that all damaged, defective, and incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Returns:

If the size is not right or you want to change the color, you can return this item. However, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or have the company label attached.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. However, you can always return your items within 30 days and place a new order.

Damaged and defective products:

We advise you to check all packaging received for defects. Please contact us immediately if your item is damaged or defective. Damaged or defective items will be replaced; the customer is not responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return shipment has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return shipment. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your payment provider. It may take some time for your refund to be officially processed. Then contact the relevant department. It often takes a while for a refund to be processed.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

How much do customers pay for returns?  The total cost of the return.

If the package is not accepted or picked up by the post office, it will be automatically returned to the courier and we reserve the right to withhold 15% of the amount you receive.
