30-Day Return Policy

At Chicquemoda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a simple return process.

Return Conditions at a Glance

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return items.
  • Item Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Tracking: Please use a shipping method that includes a tracking number and send us a photo of the tracking information once you have shipped the package. This allows us to monitor the return and ensure the package is not lost in transit.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@chicquemoda.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: We will email you detailed return instructions.
  3. Pack the Item Securely: Please pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and documents.
  4. Ship the Package: Return the package according to the instructions provided and send us the tracking details.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item.
  • Refund: After inspection, your refund will be processed. It usually takes up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Received the Wrong Item?

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact our support team immediately and provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you did not receive
  • The name of the item you did receive
  • A photo of the received item

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the incorrect product and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product is defective, damaged during shipping, or otherwise faulty, no return shipping fees will apply. Please contact us immediately in such cases.


Order Cancellations

You can only cancel your order within 1 hour after placing it. After this time, the order will automatically be processed, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

Note: Returns are always at the sender’s risk, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
